For example, 10 customers on a ₹1,999.00 monthly plan would earn you ₹7,996.00 each month if all 10 pay. Over 12 paid monthly cycles, that is ₹95,952.00 before any applicable deductions. If customers stop renewing, those commissions stop.

Franchise registration and commission terms
Version 2026-10-15. This is a referral partnership for Qovi Hotel software. The registration payment is a one-time fee; there are no automatic registration renewals or debits.
Commission is 40% of the pre-GST value of verified customer subscription payments attributed to your franchise account. It applies to both initial payments and subsequent monthly or annual renewals, with no fixed commission end date while the customer pays and the partnership remains active. Referral attribution must be in place before checkout. Existing customer payments are not credited retrospectively.
Test payments, unpaid invoices and free trials do not earn commission. Refunds reduce the corresponding commission. Suspended partnerships cannot earn new commissions. Payouts are reconciled monthly and transferred separately; any applicable taxes or deductions are reviewed at settlement.
No minimum income, customer volume, territory exclusivity or guaranteed return is promised. Registration fees and customer plan prices displayed at checkout apply to that purchase. For registration cancellation, refund requests or payment problems, contact support@qovi.in with the order reference. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable law; no automatic refund is promised. An approved refund requires the appropriate credit note and account review.
